1. Digital Products

Due to the instant delivery of digital products such as:

• Digital Downloads

All sales are generally final and non-refundable.

2. Memberships

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • Customers may cancel future recurring subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle.

3. VPS Services

  • Refund requests for VPS services are subject to the policies of the VPS provider, if applicable.

4. Duplicate Payments

  • If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a payment error, the duplicate payment will be refunded.

5. Failed Delivery

If a purchased product cannot be delivered due to a technical issue on our side, we will either:

• Provide access to the product, or
• Issue a full refund.

6. Exceptional Cases
